Avocados are native to tropical America, and are cultivated in small amounts in Guangdong, Hainan, Fujian, Yunnan and Sichuan in China. Avocado fruit is a fruit with high nutritional value, containing a variety of vitamins, rich fat and protein, sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and so on.
