Packaging and Transportation:
The processing and packaging of Peruvian red grapes is also completed in a standardized (17~19 ℃ constant temperature, 85% constant humidity) packaging workshop.
The fruit stem of Peruvian red grape is very long, and the fruit is firmly attached to it, so it is endurable for storage and can be preserved for more than one month without changing its flavor. There is also a coat of white powder on the red grape skin, which is the natural fruit powder of the grape, and can also prolong its length for preservation.
The raw materials go through the sterilization, dust removal, manual trimming, primary pre-cooling and other procedures before being unloaded from the truck and entering the packaging line, and the raw material size, serial type, color and other qualities are graded and packaged on the assembly line. The packaged grapes are sent to the pre-cooling room for a pre-cooling of 8~9 hours, and then put into the refrigerated storage after the temperature drops to 0℃, and finally loaded into a container ship, to be transported to all over the world by sea.
Edible safety: Because the producing area of Peruvian grapes is in a special geographical environment with a natural barrier, plus the hot and dry climate in the southern hemisphere, many viruses cannot survive, so the red grapes can be protected from most pests. This guarantees the edible safety of Peruvian red grapes that there're no pesticide residues.
