Production season: In eastern Thailand, May-July; in southern Thailand, August-October.

Appearance and taste: Mangosteens only bear fruits after 10 years of planting, and they have strict environmental requirements. So, they are green fruits worthy of the name and enjoy the reputation of "queen of fruits". Mangosteen has a beautiful fruit shape, full and fruity, with a green top and purple attire. The mangosteen flesh is white and tender, full and plump, sweet and sour, juicy and watery, soft and fragrant, just melt in the mouth, with unique flavor, entering the heart and spleen. The taste of mangosteen is something like the complex of the following four fruits, namely litchi + peach + strawberry + pineapple.
